Action Agenda Center: San Juan/Whatcom Action Area
About the Action Agenda
The San Juan/Whatcom Action Area boundary includes all of San Juan County Water Resources Inventory Area (WRIA) 2 and the portion of Whatcom County defined by the boundaries of the Nooksack River watershed and adjacent drainages (WRIA 1).
This action area has a diversity of issues and interests, but it also has shared interests, resources and needs related to the mainland watersheds, water flow, the Georgia Straits and the San Juan Island Archipelago.
