Partnership to honor four Whatcom County Puget Sound Champions on Dec. 5

WHAT: Ceremony to honor four Whatcom County “Puget Sound Champions”

WHY: These individuals and organizations are being recognized for their exceptional work protecting and restoring habitat, cleaning up polluted water, and engaging the community in implementing the Action Agenda – the Partnership’s regional plan to clean up Puget Sound.

WHEN: Wednesday, Dec. 5, 10 to 10:30 a.m.

WHERE: Garden Room, Public Works Building, 322 N. Commercial, Bellingham

  • Martha Kongsgaard, chair of the Partnership’s Leadership Council
  • Anthony Wright, executive director of the Puget Sound Partnership
