PSP's policy advisory body to meet Nov. 12 in Lynnwood

The Puget Sound Partnership’s Ecosystem Coordination Board will hear updates on the status of the ecosystem, the pressures of climate change, and discuss engagement with the 2016 Action Agenda update at its next meeting Thursday, Nov. 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Lynnwood Convention Center, Room 1D, 3711 196th St. S.W., Lynnwood.

Agenda highlights include:
•    Key findings on climate change and its impacts on Puget Sound from the Climate Impacts Group.
•    Key findings of the 2015 State of the Sound, the biennial report by the Puget Sound Partnership on progress related to ecosystem recovery and

Action Agenda progress.
•    A strategy update on the Puget Sound Nearshore Ecosystem Restoration Project.
•    A discussion about the status of and next steps for the Board’s Funding Strategy.

The Ecosystem Coordination Board is the policy advisory body for regional recovery work coordinated by the Partnership.
