Ecosystem Coordination Board set for Aug. 22 meeting

OLYMPIA – The Puget Sound Partnership’s Ecosystem Coordination Board will meet in Shelton next Friday.

• 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, Aug. 22
• Shelton Yacht Club
• 710 E. Pine St., Shelton

The Partnership is in the process of developing an Action Agenda, which will be the region’s roadmap for Puget Sound restoration and protection efforts for years to come. It is due to the Legislature by Dec. 1.

The Ecosystem Coordination Board is responsible for helping implement the Action Agenda. Chaired by King County Executive Ron Sims, its 27 members represent a variety of interests around the Sound.
